Thanks to the generosity, compassion and enthusiasm of our community, the Benefit Concert was a rousing success. We collected monetary and a couple of SUV loads of pantry item donations for the children and caregivers that call the Seattle Ronald McDonald House home. https://www.rmhcseattle.org/
My special thanks go to Micaela Canedo and Myan Rush. It was so much fun and a pleasure performing with such lovely and talented young ladies. And of course, Myan’s husband Richard serving as our sound engineer, lighting tech and roadie. A total team effort.
The gathering of community, friends and family coming together for such a worthy cause is inspiring. And wouldn’t it be wonderful if the entire world did that?
