“He saved us all and we didn’t even have a chance to thank him.”
Wearing face coverings, washing your hands and practicing social distancing. Is that too much to ask to save the life of someone you love?
Science is diligently working tirelessly to find a vaccine for COVID-19. But consider this;
Influenza, measles, polio, malaria, chickenpox, diphtheria, hepatitis, aids and various types of cancers. Sadly, these diseases still plague mankind but have one common thread; they all have viable vaccines. They may not eradicate the infections but can bring comfort and reduce its overall death rate.
Perhaps that is all we can ask for in the developing coronavirus vaccine. Then we can add SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19 to the list of infections that will require us all to adjust our way of life and learn how to live with it, like the afore mentioned diseases.
In the meantime, with infections spiking nationwide, the least we can do for everyone is wear a mask.
Be safe!
Well said!
